The following sets out the standard price scale and retainer terms for voice overs.

Voice Over Artist & Recording

This includes:

• Voice Over Artist Fees
• Studio Time (recording and production)
• Encoding into wav, aif, snd, au, mp3 or ra formats
• Delivery by email (for delivery by CD see notes below).

Notes:
Session Fee This fee is paid per session. The session fee does not depend on the length of the recording or the time that it takes to record the voice over.
Audio Length Fee The final length of the recorded voice time (not the time spent recording) is rounded up to 30 seconds and charged on a per 30 second basis.
Prices are in US Dollars Unless otherwise arranged the person requesting the voice over must be prepared to pay by Credit Card (visa or master card). Credit Card details must be provided prior to recording but must only be charged to the account after the voice over recordings have been mailed.
Delivery The above price includes delivery by email. Where it is requested, or where the file size exceeds 10MB, the voice recordings may be delivery by airmail CD for a fee of $20.
ReRecordings If the recordings are defective, the voice artist must rerecord the voice over without any further charge. If the rerecording is not due to a defect but some stylistic preference (eg pronunciation), the fee to rerecord that part will be 1/2 of the scale fee.

Quote-Only Voices
Voices marked with a * are quote-only voices. Send them your script with a description of what the script is to be used for and they will provide you with a quote within 2 days.

Translation
For voice overs to be recorded in a language other than english, if the script is provided in english, the following translation rates apply:
